About Jest

JEST was started in 2019 with the aim of producing artisanal chocolates both unusual and refined.

Great time has been spent pouring over confectionary history; scouring the best old world techniques, jokes, and recipes. We have taken such findings and applied it to tastes of a modern world. This includes bringing in ingredients from across the charted map and developing new balances, combinations, and experience.

Each chocolate is crafted by hand in small batches and possesses it's own unique elegance.

We know our little black box will bring you as much enjoyment as we have poured into its creation.
